  • Proper handling of front office roles and ensure First Class Customer Experience at all times.
  • Timely escalation rate of customer enquiries and complains to relevant persons and ensures closure.
  • Share product knowledge to customers.
  • Conduct after sales surveys and compiling of reports/complaints/recommendations to help the company improve customer experience.
  • Contact clients who visit our branches to find out the level of service and share reports.
  • Accurately track and keep an eye on the progress of every client document being handled.
  • Support and coordination of all company events.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Oversee and support staff with all administrative procedures.
  • Report on the daily running/operations of the front office.
  • Filing of both physical and digital documentation.
  • Liaise and communicate with the customers who win gifts, vouchers or raffles from the company.
  • Monitor and control expenses related to the front desk operations, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: Diploma in a related course i.e Customer Care/Marketing/Sales from a reputable institution.
  • At least two years’ proven experience as an administrative or Customer Experience assistant
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when handling company and clients’ documents.
  • Strong analytical, planning, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic to maintain great services for both internal and external clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Team player.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.

Salary Scale

Kshs. 30,000 – Kshs. 45,000
