Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble tractors and related machinery according to technical specifications.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic installations during assembly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues during and after assembly.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all units meet company and industry standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet daily assembly targets.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in automotive/plant or machinery assembly (tractor or heavy equipment experience is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and assembly diagrams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
