Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold relevant academic qualifications in Public Health, Population Health, Community Health, Epidemiology, Reproductive Health, Monitoring & Evaluation, Occupational Health & Safety or related fields:

    • For Lecturer positions: at least a Master’s degree in the relevant field (a PhD or progress towards a PhD is a strong advantage).

    • For Tutorial Fellow positions: at least a relevant Master’s degree or ongoing Master’s studies with a strong academic record.

  • Have university-level teaching experience and/or relevant professional experience in the health sector (for Lecturers).

  • Demonstrate evidence of research, publications, or ongoing scholarly work (for Lecturers).

  • Show competence in teaching, assessment, and student mentorship at university level.

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

  • Uphold high ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to student-centred learning.
