We are recruiting for an operational staff Food & Beverage to join the team, of a busy resort hotel in Dubai

Candidates must be immaculately presented, be able to engage well with guests and staff.

Candidates should have a passion for food and beverage with attention to the smallest of details, seamless service delivery and have a knowledge of wines and dishes.

The ideal candidate should be someone with experience in a similar role, with a passion for excellence.

The main duties include (but are not limited to):

Essential Experience/Attributes:

· Third-level (Degree/Diploma) qualification in hospitality management

· Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role

· Fluent English with Strong Communication skills (both oral and written)

· Professional, well-groomed and presentable

· Excellent knowledge of food & beverage

· Personable a and charismatic with supervisory & leadership experience within a luxury hotel background

· Understands the importance and value of people and how to create a workplace where our people are of equal value as our guests

· Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

· Good time management skills.
