1. Estimate and scope MEP jobs during pre-construction

2. Coordinate with Project Manager and Field Staff for site related progress activities.

3. Responsible for execution of works as per the project plan and schedule of all major activities to achieve timely completion.

4. Circulating/Sending DPR and MPR to project team.

5. To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same.

6. Review Contract Documents, making suggestions related to the MEP Jobs before bidding with the management.

7. To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals.

(Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements,

Schedules, Programs etc.)

8. To attend all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and

reporting back to the Project Manager on the proceedings as well as to attend all project related meetings.

9. Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project.

10. Capability of developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading

11. To receive all project related instructions from the Client, Engineer, Main Contractor, etc and transmit, communicate and arrange effective action in co-ordination with Project Manager.

12. Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation

13. Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner

14. Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed by PM.

15. Supervise, develop and mentor project staff, if required

16. Lead and direct coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations works.

17. Review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings
