Job Description
Role Purpose
- To drive sales, manage client relationships, convert leads into revenue, and coordinate customer needs across three subsidiaries:
- Prestige Bluestar (Interiors & Renovations),
- Prime Render Studio (3D Visualization),
- PrimeLaven Realty (Real Estate Sales).
- The role ensures a smooth, professional customer experience from inquiry to closing—maximizing revenue, cross-selling opportunities, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Conversion
- Respond to all inbound inquiries across subsidiaries.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate services.
- Conduct follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to signed contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
- Maintain communication from first inquiry to handover to operations.
- Provide updates, answer product/service questions, and guide clients professionally.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Cross-Selling Across Subsidiaries
- Sell 3D renders to renovation clients.
- Recommend Prestige Bluestar for clients needing construction or interior upgrades.
- Refer clients buying or selling property to PrimeLaven Realty.
- Educate buyers on the full range of Valentori services.
Property Marketing (PrimeLaven)
- Coordinate property viewings.
- Update listings with photos, descriptions, videos, and pricing.
- Collect required documentation from sellers.
Sales Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client briefs.
- Ensure deposit invoices are issued and followed up.
- Maintain proper sales records and client files.
CRM Management
- Update and maintain the group CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track client status across subsidiaries.
- Generate weekly sales reports.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer sentiment.
- Suggest improvements in services and pricing based on client feedback.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand multiple products/services
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of:
- Interior design
- Construction
- Real estate
- 3D rendering (an added advantage)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales (service industry preferred)
- Experience in property sales, design services, or construction is an added advantage
- Valid driver’s license is a plus (not mandatory)
