- Lead Kenya's fleet operations strategy- ensuring alignment with regional roadmap and supporting rapid scale-up of operations in Kenya.
- Oversee maintenance operations- including mobile repair units, centralized workshops, spare parts availability and preventive maintenance scheduling guided by loT and fault-trend data.
- Provide strategic leadership to the 24/7 Incident Response Centre (IRC)- setting service standards, escalation protocols, quality controls and ensuring timely and accurate triaging of incidents. Manage Emergency Response & Asset Recovery teams- ensuring safe handling of breakdowns, accidents, rider safety cases and repossession operations through strong coordination and documentation.
- Drive operational visibility- by monitoring fleet performance dashboards, incident patterns, cost drivers and field intelligence to optimize efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure robust site operations- including depot safety, security, regulatory compliance and alignment with national transport and road safety requirements.
- Manage partnerships- with OEMs, vendors, NTSA, insurance providers, local government and police authorities to strengthen policy alignment and operational support.
- Hire, lead, and develop high-performing fleet teams-embedding strong KPIs, coaching practices and cross-functional collaboration rituals.
What We're Looking For:
