General Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a diploma or degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field (higher qualifications an added advantage for Branch Manager roles).

• Have proven experience in sales, field marketing, or microfinance/credit sales; prior work in digital lending or financial services is an added advantage.

• Demonstrate strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.

• Be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Be familiar with digital lending products, mobile money, and basic credit processes.

• Be willing to work in the specified location and actively conduct field marketing and client onboarding.
