Kenya National Entrepreneurs Savings Trust (KNEST) is a national informal sector pension scheme established by the Government to serve over 15 million marginalized informal sector workers. General Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science, Investments, or related fields.

  • Possess professional qualifications where applicable (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, CPS, Advocate of the High Court, or similar) especially for senior and deputy director roles.

  • Have demonstrated experience in pensions, fund management, investments, finance, legal or related sectors, preferably within financial institutions, pension schemes, or government bodies.

  • Show strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrate high integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.

  • Be proficient in relevant computer applications and office systems.
