The scheme leverages low-cost modern technologies to manage intermittent micro-contributions and provide sustainable retirement solutions.

Applicants should:
Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science, Investments, or related fields.
Possess professional qualifications where applicable (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, CPS, Advocate of the High Court, or similar) especially for senior and deputy director roles.
Have demonstrated experience in pensions, fund management, investments, finance, legal or related sectors, preferably within financial institutions, pension schemes, or government bodies.
Show strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrate high integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
Be proficient in relevant computer applications and office systems.
