We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join UCWF Facilities Management LLC in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities who are committed to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and ensuring smooth operational management across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility presentation.
• Coordinate tasks, staff schedules, and site-specific requirements effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, requiring a valid UAE driving license.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
