Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and excellent client experience. You will be responsible for gathering essential information, assessing client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to initiate appropriate services or referrals.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients.
- Initial Assessment: Conduct intake interviews to collect personal, medical, or legal information.
- Data Entry: Accurately input client information into company databases or CRM systems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, assessments, and referrals.
- Coordination: Collaborate with case managers, attorneys, or healthcare providers to direct clients to the right services.
- Follow-Up: Contact clients to confirm appointments, gather additional information, or provide updates.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets company policies and legal regulations.
