Key Responsibilities
Conduct and supervise cyclical and annual physical inventories to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Analyze and monitor stock aging to identify items at risk of obsolescence or becoming dead stock, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate the repricing or revaluation of dead and obsolete stock to support accurate inventory valuation.
• Support the identification and planning of parts requirements to maintain optimal safety stock levels.
• Work closely with Warehouse and Workshop teams to ensure proper physical control, tracking, and traceability of tools and equipment.
• Monitor the stock and usage of workshop consumables, ensuring cost control and reduction of waste.
• Oversee internal logistics processes including receiving, storage, and picking to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct periodic assessments of restock needs to prevent stock-outs and reduce inventory aging.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse management, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
• Proven experience in managing physical inventory, cycle counting, and reduction of obsolete stock.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, vendor ecosystems, and inventory control methods (e.g., ABC analysis, Min/Max levels).
• Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
