We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tasheel / Tawjeeh Transaction Typist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE government portals such as MOHRE, ICA, Emirates ID, and possess excellent typing accuracy in both English and Arabic. This role involves preparing and processing various government transactions efficiently and professionally while providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process MOHRE (Tasheel) services including work permits, quota requests, labor contracts, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Handle Tawjeeh requests and manage employee cases as required.
  • Prepare and type all official forms and applications accurately.
  • Manage Emirates ID applications, medical typing, visa typing, and ICA transactions.
  • Verify documents and ensure compliance with UAE government regulations.
  • Guide customers on required documents, fees, and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all transactions.
  • Maintain records of completed applications and payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in Tasheel/Tawjeeh typing is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICA, Emirates ID, and other immigration systems.
  • Fast typing skills in English; Arabic typing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily transaction targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and navigating government portals.
  • Professional, presentable, service-oriented, and capable of working independently.
