IT Support engineer (network & security)

Sysconss is well established System Integration company in UAE focussing on Cyber Security, Networking and IP Telephony solutions. To meet our growth needs we are hiring Support Engineers as per below JD:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Installs, configures, tests and troubleshoots operating systems and system management tools

2. Installs, configures, tests and troubleshoots Windows Servers, Active Directory and Domain Controller

3. Installs, configures, tests and troubleshoots Firewalls, Switches and Access Points

4. Knowledge in NAS storage

5. Hands on Experience in M365 (Microsoft Entra (Formerly AAD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Document Library, OneDrive and Intune)

6. Experience in Microsoft Defender (ATP & EOP)

7. Ensures the high level of systems and infrastructure availability

8. Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT users

9. SOC L1 experience is preferable.

10. IT Audit and compliance experience is preferable.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: • BE/B-Tech/BSc in Computer Sciences

• 2-3 year experience of working with System Integrator or IT Solutions company

• Experience of working at customer sites or remotely to resolve End User IT support calls

• Certifications of different services, solutions and Technologies relevant to JD or even beyond

• Good Communication skills (English is a MUST)

• Customer Centric approach to attain highest level of customer satisfaction
