Description:

A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support / End User Support Engineer with strong hands-on technical expertise. This role requires a professional who can independently manage user systems, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and maintain smooth IT operations across various platforms.

Candidates should bring solid experience in providing desk-side IT support and be confident in delivering solutions for both hardware and software matters. The position involves managing system installations, configurations, and performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal workstation performance.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong background in on-site IT and desktop support
• Skilled in Desktop Support operations, Asset Management, and patching activities
• Good working knowledge of basic networking, including L1/L2 troubleshooting
• Experience managing O365 tasks such as user creation, mailbox configuration, and license allocation
• Capable of handling daily technical concerns, including setups, installations, and configuration support
• Responsible for IT asset tracking, documentation, and inventory maintenance
• Providing comprehensive on-site assistance for hardware, software, and network-related matters
