Job Description

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)

Location: Kenya (Duty stations as per specific role)

  1. Supply Associate

  2. Finance Associate

  3. Assistant Management Support Officer – Human Resources

  4. Management Support Associate – Human Resources

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field depending on the position.

  • Have prior experience working in supply chain, finance, HR, or administrative support roles, preferably within international organizations, NGOs, or humanitarian settings.

  • Be familiar with UN/INGO procedures, systems, and compliance standards (an added advantage).

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.

  • Be proficient in computer applications and office systems (e.g., MS Office; ERP systems are an added advantage).

  • Show a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to humanitarian principles.
