Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visually compelling merchandising plans for the Fashion section across stores.
• Create displays that align with the brand’s identity, current fashion trends, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and turnover.
• Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and product buyers to ensure cohesive visual presentation across all locations.
• Maintain high standards of store aesthetics, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and appealing to customers.
• Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising practices and execution.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Strong creative flair and the ability to translate trends into effective in-store displays.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Filipino nationals are preferred for this position.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
