Job Description
- 5+ Years experience in Customer care (Calling)/Administrative role
- 1 Year of UAE experience is mandatory in customer services.
- Major Experience in Operations role.
- Familiar with CRM and good communication skills
- Acts as a first contact for all clients and creates an inviting, professional atmosphere.
- Answer client’s calls & Emails and address their queries and concerns within the assigned timelines.
- Every day send follow up Emails/ Calls / WhatsApp to clients regarding their ongoing work and updating the same in the software without fail.
- Taking immediate action on new order forms received from Sales/ECS/CP team within below timelines
- Responsible for handling a portfolio of 70-80 clients.
- Discussion with clients regarding their needs and desires of business formation in different zones and providing research-based advisory to clients.
