Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nyali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties. Key tasks include assisting clients with property viewings, negotiating deals, and effectively marketing properties to ensure successful transactions. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and provide exceptional customer service to clients in the coastal residential property market.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales is an added advantage
- Proficiency in business markets is also an added advantage
- Effective negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in market analysis and marketing strategies relevant to business
- Familiarity with coastal real estate market will be an advantage
- Relevant educational background or certifications in business, sales, or related fields is preferred
