Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants to onboard them to our fin-tech platform.
  • Promote the benefits of using our digital payment solutions, mobile POS, and financial products.
  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and in-person demos to drive merchant registrations.
  • Assist merchants with onboarding, documentation, and initial usage support.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly acquisition targets and report performance to the Sales Lead.
  • Maintain good relationships with on boarded merchants and support upselling initiatives.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or merchant acquisition.
  • Experience in fintech, digital payment solutions, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exposure to field sales, cold calling, and client onboarding.
