Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
- Facilitate timely and accurate communication between sponsors, children, and the organization.
- Prepare, edit, and dispatch sponsorship updates, including reports, letters, photos, and videos.
- Register new children in the GC System and prepare comprehensive child profiles.
- Manage and respond to sponsor correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Review and verify children’s reports, letters, and digital content for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain an organized documentation and reporting system for sponsorship activities.
Key Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Community Development, Administration, Education, or International Relations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social work, case management, or child sponsorship programs, preferably within an NGO.
- Strong understanding of child protection policies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and report writing skills with attention to detail.
- Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: 50,000(Approx 387USD)
