Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant postgraduate qualifications (Master’s or PhD) in the respective fields; PhD preferred especially for Dean positions.

• Have university teaching experience and evidence of academic engagement (research, publications, curriculum development) for academic roles.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and administrative skills for Dean positions.

• Possess good communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

• Be familiar with modern teaching, learning, and assessment practices in higher education.

• Show high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to academic excellence.
