Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.

  • Have relevant experience in retail banking, relationship management, SME/MSME banking, or Islamic banking, depending on the role.

  • Demonstrate strong sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.

  • Possess good knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and market dynamics.

  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work towards set targets.
