RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff attendance tracking
Job description preparation for all staff.
Updating staff records and ensuring all important documents such as police clearance and next of kin data is included.
In charge of staff orientation and onboarding process.
Ensuring data protection
Disciplinary committee administration
Staff training program execution
Custody and Development of KPI for the HR Department.
Administering HR Legal cases
Branch visits /staff supervision of performance.
Tasked with regular staff audits
Attending meetings with stakeholders and follow-up on new developments required.
Shall be the secretary to the senior management committee, track of performance.
Ensure Labour laws adherence.
Enhance work environment safety.
Communicate in areas such as interpersonal relations and general staff discipline.
Conduct monthly and annual reviews.
