Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for solar PV rooftop projects in the Dubai market.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solar PV solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the company’s offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while achieving sales targets.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide informed solutions to clients.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and promote its services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into market trends and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in solar PV sales within the Dubai market.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology, rooftop projects, and renewable energy solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and convey technical concepts.
• Existing network and relationships within the solar energy industry in Dubai is a plus.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to solar energy projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
