Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and Messenger Duties
  • Collect, deliver, and distribute office correspondence, parcels, and documents within and outside the office.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical tasks as directed.
  • Support the administrative team in maintaining proper records and ensuring the confidentiality of office information.
  • Run errands to banks, post offices, or other institutions as required.
  • Clean and maintain office areas, meeting rooms, corridors, and kitchens
  • Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are properly used, stored, and replenished when necessary.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Administrative Officer for action.
  • Maintain orderliness and ensure hygienic standards are consistently upheld.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep the kitchen and service areas neat, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Support office meetings and events with hospitality services when required.
  • Support general office operations as may be assigned by management.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality, and a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under minimal supervision.
  • High level of personal hygiene, integrity, and reliability.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple roles and assist in various office functions.
