Job Overview

World Vision Kenya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for our Digital Workplace & Enterprise Platforms. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance workplace productivity and manage enterprise platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of digital workplace solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of IT professionals in maintaining and enhancing enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure robust security measures are in place for all digital platforms.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital transformation.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT staff and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for digital workplace and enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-10 years proven experience in managing digital workplace solutions and enterprise platforms.
