Position: Online Sales Lady Assistant
Location: Kenya

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing online sales platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Engage with customers through online channels, providing information, answering inquiries, and processing orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Support in promotional activities and online campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in online sales, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of online sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using online sales platforms and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok)
- Basic knowledge of online store management (Jumia, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is an added advantage
- Strong computer and smartphone literacy
