Job Description

Position: Online Sales Lady Assistant

Location: Kenya

Category: Retail, Sales & Marketing

Education: Diploma+ AIRTIME + INTERNET

Salary: Kshs. 15,000 

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing online sales platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Engage with customers through online channels, providing information, answering inquiries, and processing orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Support in promotional activities and online campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in online sales, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of online sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using online sales platforms and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Basic knowledge of online store management (Jumia, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is an added advantage
  • Strong computer and smartphone literacy
