Minimum Requirements

Requirements vary per role, but generally applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Have proven experience in the respective functional area (HR, accounting, logistics, housekeeping, feed mill operations, etc.).
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Be proficient in computer applications and industry-specific systems.
Show strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently.
Possess high levels of integrity and professionalism.
