Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately

Assist customers with money transfers, foreign exchange, and related services

Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction

Maintain accurate daily transaction records and reports

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in exchange or financial services)

Finance Graduate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Must be currently based in the UAE
