We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in manpower supply and staffing for the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing qualified candidates for both onshore and offshore roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit skilled professionals for Oil & Gas projects (onshore and offshore).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and mobilization.
• Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline for technical and HSE positions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower needs and ensure timely deployment.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or manpower supply.
• Strong knowledge of offshore and onshore staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred:

• Experience with UAE or GCC Oil & Gas clients.
• Knowledge of visa processing and mobilization procedures.
