Job Vacancy: Mileo, The Palm is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for supporting people and HR operations within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and reporting.
• Support recruitment processes such as job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional work environment across the organization.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as needed.
