Job Description

About This Job:

  • Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a man power management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
  • On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Billing Coordinator to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all orders (local and export) and transfers are accurately and effectively processed.    
  • Ensure that the dashboard is timely and accurately updated.                
  • Create delivery numbers in SAP and indicate the same on the dashboard.            
  • Indicate allocated truck registration numbers to orders on the dashboard.      
  • Print, sign, and stamp dispatch documents (five copies) and billing documents (one copy) for each order.
  • Coordinate with CRCs to ensure that all orders are delivered OTIFNE.            
  • Compile and send hourly sales updates and dashboards.                    
  • Compile and submit comprehensive Hand Over Take Over (HOTO) reports at the close of business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.             
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.         
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.         
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.             
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
