Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the highest product and service standards.
- Conduct audits to identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks.
- Analyse data to monitor quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve processes and foster a culture of quality across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and analyse Quality Control reports from section-level Quality Controllers for accuracy and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive solutions, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: 60,000(Approx 465USD
