Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Experience with Michelin or star-rated restaurants will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Italian, French, or Mediterranean service traditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages such as Italian, Russian, French, Arabic, or Chinese are a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to train and mentor team members.
• A proactive and intuitive approach to guest service – anticipating needs before they arise.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences.
