This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest service and who are keen to advance their careers in a busy hotel environment.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a similar hotel front-office role is required.
• Opera system experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Strong guest service orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled at handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
