We’re Hiring: Procurement Executive
Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (UAE Experience Required)

We are seeking a Procurement Executive with strong experience in the Signage, Fit-out, and Fabrication industries. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of production-level purchasing, materials, and a solid supplier network within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
? Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for signage & fit-out materials
? Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and urgency
? Coordinate with production, project, and design teams on material requirements
? Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
? Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules
? Monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives
? Maintain purchasing documentation and records in line with company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Signage / Fit-out procurement
• Strong material knowledge: Acrylic, Aluminum, Steel, Printing media, LED modules, Electricals, Hardware, etc.
• Good sourcing skills and updated knowledge of local suppliers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (advantage)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
