DEC Perfect Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in project estimation and cost analysis, with strong analytical and communication skills to ensure accurate project planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and documents to assess material, labor, and time requirements.
• Develop comprehensive cost analyses, tender proposals, and project budgets based on technical data.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement departments to ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Support the team in conducting risk assessments, cost tracking, and project control activities.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience with estimation and project management software tools.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and UAE market cost trends.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and numerical accuracy.
• Previous UAE-based experience in the construction sector is required.
