About the Role

  • Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales & Customer Service Executive to join its growing team. This position plays a key role in driving business growth through a combination of outbound sales calls, lead management, and customer support. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional service experiences. This role requires someone who can effectively balance sales initiatives with customer care, ensuring both revenue generation and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information and support.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with quotations, orders, and post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets and enhance customer retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 Years Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Positive attitude, results-oriented, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
