Accountant (Real Estate Office) – GOAML Experienced

About Us:
Your Key Property Management LLC is a leading real estate brokerage firm specializing in sales, leasing, and investment portfolios across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in real estate accounting and GOAML compliance to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow summaries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle GOAML registration, reporting, and AML compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, management, and banks for financial submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of commissions, property transactions, and escrow payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property management accounting.
• GOAML experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of VAT filing and UAE financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience)
