URGENT REQUIREMENT: School Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Gulf Model School, Dubai is looking for a skilled and organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to efficiently manage all government liaison tasks and staff documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures and be capable of independently handling applications and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications
• Handle labour contracts, work permit applications, and renewals via MOHRE
• Maintain accurate staff records in labour and immigration portals (MOHRE / ICP / GDRFA)
• Coordinate medical fitness testing and health insurance applications/renewals
• Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations and stay updated on changes related to school staff
• Liaise professionally with government departments as required
• Support HR with onboarding and staff document control

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in a PRO / Government Relations role
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other government systems
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
