About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical technology and will be responsible for supporting our consulting projects with expert pharmaceutical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications to patients and ensure they are fully informed about their medications.
• Offer expertise on the safe use of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of all medication orders and inventory.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to patients on lifestyle and dietary changes that may improve health outcomes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
