Job Description
  • As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll take charge of the entire sales journey from identifying opportunities and engaging decision-makers to crafting customized HR service solutions that solve real business challenges. Your mission will be to connect businesses with the HR expertise and technology they need to thrive in today’s fast-changing world of work.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage new business clients across diverse industries.
  • Present HR consulting services and software platforms that make work smarter and people happier.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve growth targets while nurturing long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
  • We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenge, connection, and continuous learning. Someone who understands that selling isn’t just about numbers it’s about listening, understanding, and creating value.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within HR services or SaaS.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • A results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
  • A genuine passion for helping organizations and people grow.
