Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Commerce (HR Option), Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development
- Diploma in HR Management (mandatory if degree not HR-based)
- CHRP-K / IHRM Membership (Advantage)
- Computer proficiency training in MS Office
