Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute strategic sourcing and procurement activities within the assigned categories.
  • Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost and ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with procurement objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the bank.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank's procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or storekeeping roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
