Description:
Al Nahda International FZCO is currently seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s human resources functions and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Organize and facilitate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
• Assist in payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Keep employee records up to date and ensure HR databases are properly maintained.
• Provide support for performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies at all times.
