Job Description
- Our client, a well-established chain of restaurants in Nairobi, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across their outlets. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing a busy environment, leading teams, and driving operational excellence while ensuring top-notch customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control to achieve business targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service standards.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling, and team motivation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational goals.
Salary: Ksh. 50,000 - Ksh. 100,000
