Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Project & Construction Manager to lead endtoend delivery of real estate development projects — from design and approvals to construction and handover. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with handson construction oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of development projects (feasibility to completion).
  • Supervise design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, schedule, cost, and safety requirements.
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and approvals with local authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews.
  • Ensure timely project handover, including testing, commissioning, and documentation.
  • Foster effective collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing largescale real estate or construction projects in Kenya or the region.
  • Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD/Revit).
  • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
