Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist to lead our creative team's efficiency and output. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our creative workflows, managing resources, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality creative assets across multiple languages and product lines.

What you bring

  • Significant experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role within a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline creative workflows and processes.
  • Proven ability to manage creative operations in a multi-language and multi-product environment.
  • Strong understanding of the creative development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
  • Prior B2B experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement efficient creative workflows and processes to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery of projects for paid campaigns on meta, google ads and linkedin
  • Collaborate closely with paid channels teams to understand their creative needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline creative workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced manual effort.
  • Maintain and manage our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are properly organized, tagged, and accessible.
  • Implement and refine quality control processes to ensure all creative output meets brand standards and project requirements.
  • Own the creative best practices for paid channels in terms of volume of creatives as well as quality, in a way that helps feel the algos on paid platforms
