Job Summary

The Client Relations Officer at the Kisumu Branch will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts of MEDS. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused, and driven individual with a passion for enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
• Provide feedback and insights on client needs and trends to help shape service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and events.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Care, or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
